The Gateway ~ 6 week Group Coaching and Healing Experience

This course gives you the tools to work with the Guidance of your Soul and Spiritual Allies to move beyond confusion and into clarity, trust and creation.

You will:

🌀 Uncover the emotional programs running beneath the surface, so you can finally break free from cycles that no longer serve you.

🌀 Recognize your roles, triggers, and shadows and transform them into sources of power.
🌀 Practice forgiveness and release attachments that are keeping you stuck.
🌀 Be clear on what you want and set intentions that align with your soul’s purpose. 

What to expect: 

Week 1: Opening the Gateway
What’s showing up in your life? What patterns keep repeating?  Through guided practices you’ll start to see the threads that connect your experiences and what you’re being called to heal and learn the methods to begin to see how your reality can change and to support your transformation.

Week 2: The Experiential Healing Method
Dive into the core process of Experiential Healing.  Witness and feel the power of collective healing, see mirrors of your own patterns, and begin to experience shifts in your own life and support your transformation.  

Week 3: Roles & Responsibilities
Your roles in life as parent, partner, employee, friend etc, shape your experiences.  But what if they’re also hiding deeper truths?  This week, you’ll uncover how your roles influence your reality and start to release what no longer serves you.

Week 4: Shadow & Projections
What are you secretly attracting into your life?  The parts of yourself you’ve disowned hold the key.  Through forgiveness and shadow work, you’ll begin to integrate these parts and transform your reality.

Week 5: Embrace & Forgive
Forgiveness is about freeing yourself.  This week, you’ll practice embracing your feelings and releasing what’s been holding you back. You’ll also experience a forgiveness meditation to deepen your healing.

Week 6: Closing the Gateway
Bring it all together. Reflect on your roles, programs, and beliefs, and set intentions for the next phase of your journey. You’ll leave with a clear roadmap for how to continue your healing and a deeper connection to your soul’s wisdom.
